  Yesterday we celebrated the 100th Day of School with a Freedom Parade. Troops from our adopted army unit marched along with our K-2 students, while our 3-5 students cheered them along. We would like to thank all of our military for protecting our freedom and allowing us 100 more days of learning!

  Students who earned the Outstanding Citizens award for the 3rd six weeks traveled to the brand new Ralph Wilson Youth Club on Friday January 15th. Students earned this award for having perfect attendance, outstanding behavior and passing all classes during the 3rd six weeks grading period.

  One of our own 5th grade students was invited to serve as a "guest conductor" while the Lamar Middle School band played their fight song. The band and choir paid a visit to the 5th grade students to showcase a few of the extracurricular activities available to them in middle school.
